Following our newly acquired Cisco partnership, we recently completed a comprehensive network infrastructure upgrade for both our internal operations at Fuse CS and an . The primary goal was to replace outdated networking equipment with new units, and configure the associated software to enhance network performance, security, and manageability. Scope of Work:
- Assessment and Planning:
- Conducted a thorough assessment of the existing network infrastructure.
- Identified key areas for improvement, using our CISCO partnership to source the necessary equipment.
- Equipment Replacement:
- Installed new Cisco Meraki units alongside existing equipment, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Decommissioned old networking equipment once new units were fully functional.
- Software Setup and Configuration:
- Configured Meraki Dashboard for centralized network management.
- Set up security protocols, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Implemented network policies and access controls.
- Testing and Optimization:
- Conducted extensive testing to ensure network stability and performance.
- Optimized network settings for peak efficiency.
- Internal Study and Support:
- Conducted internal study sessions to ensure our engineers can fully utilize the Meraki software.
- Provided ongoing support to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.
- Setup of Log Monitoring
- Integration of new tools and software into our existing SOC allow for enhanced monitoring of logs
