Managing Director
When Martin established Fuse in the early 2000s he had one underlying principle – that one size does not fit all, regardless of whether you are a start-up business or complex, established public sector organisation. With that as the foundation he has built up a company which is focused on establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding your needs and providing a bespoke personal service, every time. He empowers his management team to own the projects that they work on, collaborating openly and honestly with you throughout the process to deliver the outcomes you need.
Daniel South
Head of Operations
When Daniel started working in the IT sector over 25 years ago he was on site with clients, problem solving and delivering technical consultancy. With hands-on experience of a variety of major organisations in the banking, local government, media and legal sectors, to name just a few, he has all the skills required to manage your project to a successful outcome. Daniel oversees Fuse’s managed services portfolio, building proactive relationships with clients and delivering services across the business.
Andrew Walman
Head of Infrastructure Solutions
Andrew has been a part of the Fuse team since day one and has been delivering solutions to some of the World’s largest companies. He is responsible for ensuring that your business sufficiently exploits its investment, successfully adopting the technology, protection your digital assets and securing your users. Andrew takes a very holistic approach and will identify what’s most important to your business and where you can receive the most benefit.

James Strugnell
Head of Digital Transformation
Your business might need more than just Microsoft packages, and this is where James' expertise and experience comes to the fore. He is responsible for the custom development of online solutions that increase your productivity, efficiency and collaboration between staff. This includes the development of bespoke software as well as tailoring Microsoft’s suite of products so that your needs are met.

Dan White
Service Delivery Manager
Dan oversees the Managed Services team, and works closely with our customers to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Dan has over 15 years of IT support and consulting experience and having been on both sides of the Service Desk, has a great understanding of what our customers need.

Service Desk Team
Patryk Nedvecki
Infrastructure Engineer
Patryk joined Fuse’s Service Desk in 2021 and now works as an Infrastructure Engineer. Patryk is unapologetically a techie with an excellent customer manner. Patryk has an impressive knowledge of hardware, peripherals and pretty much anything with a plug (or Fuse, pun intended).

Miles Kneeshaw
Service Desk Analyst
Miles joined Fuse as an Application Security Assessor in 2021 and now works on our Service Desk as a Service Desk Analyst. Miles has a passion for customer engagement and customer experience. Miles has a phenomenal eye for detail and is a keen motorcyclist.

Titus Menkah
Service Desk Analyst
Titus joined Fuse’s Service Desk in 2023 and now works as a Service Desk Analyst. Always smiling, Titus has a calming customer manner and the patience required for advanced troubleshooting investigations. Titus speaks 3 languages and is a prolific basketball player.

Mihajlo Topic
Security Operations Analyst
Mihajlo has been with Fuse since 2023 and works within Fuse's Security Operations team. Mihajlo is Fuse's Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Sentinel and incident response; he also has a talent for data cleansing and visualisation.
When Mihajlo isn't fending off cyber-attacks, he maintains his top 1% status on TryHackMe and is a prolific ethical hacker.

Back Office Team
Karen Thomas
Head of Back Office Operations & HR
Karen has been with Fuse since it began, running the back office team. Karen is extremely family orientated, married to Colin since 1999 and has two beautiful daughters Jessica and Amelia. Karen loves nothing more than spending time visiting local food festivals and walks as often as she can with her 82 year old Dad, Lawrie.
Fiona Lennard
Head of Finance
Fiona has been working at Fuse since 2013. As Head of Finance she has achieved her CIMA (specialised management accounting qualification) qualification. When she is not wrestling her dog, Rupert, out of muddy puddles in her spare time, you will find her hosting Mexican-themed nights with friends or perfecting the art of sourdough with her husband, Anthony.
Lewis Ward
Finance Officer
Lewis joined us in March 2018 as our Finance Apprentice. He has now completed his AAT level’s 2 & 3 and the CIMA certificate level qualification. Now he is our Finance Officer and is working towards completing the rest of his CIMA qualifications.
